Golden Placement Services has no financial investment in any senior housing community. We are not here to convince you to move into a particular home. We are here to find the right home for you or your loved one.
Researching housing options yourself can be frustrating, time consuming, and overwhelming. We handle the research so you can focus on your family and your own life. We sort through suitable facilities, documentation, and reporting, and we set up the appointments.
If we suggest a housing solution, it is because we know the community and have already inspected it ourselves. We learn the environment, amenities, and personalities of each community before we recommend it, and we check license histories, complaint records, and compliance records.
When you are ready to tour homes, we come with you. We take notes for you, share our observations, and make sure your needs are met before, during, and after move-in.
When it is time to pack up, find a pet sitter in the new neighborhood, or find a handyman to hang a shelf, give us a call. We will be glad to suggest an excellent service provider.
