Who are we?
We Golden Placements Services(GPS). Some Things in Life Require an Expert. GPS is a Local Senior Living Guidance Service at No Cost to you. We guide your personal experience helping you place a loved one in a new home providing custom quality care. We take the guesswork, tours, appointments, and research out of your way so you can have a fulfilling, reassured and joyful experience with the satisfaction of knowing your loved one is in their perfect place to live life to it’s fullest.
What do we do?
Our experienced team of professionals are here to help you wade through all of the information and options available when you or a loved one is looking to transition to assisted living or a senior community in the Portland Metro or Northern California area. Given our many years of experience, we’re experts at helping our clients to find the perfect home that fits your lifestyle, budget and health situation — and we do it all, free of charge.

Determined that families deserve the highest standard of service from senior housing referrers, Diane Delaney founded Golden Placement Services and assembled the “Golden Girls” team. An accomplished executive manager who has been successful in many business ventures throughout her career, Diane has been a partner and Director of Operations in the senior housing industry, where she oversaw the full spectrum of the transition process for seniors and family members. She is known among her clients and peers for her business skills, perseverance, integrity, compassion, lively personality, and for always going the extra mile for her clients. She is also the proud mother of two grown, successful children—her “favorite accomplishment so far.”

Stephanie got her start working as an administrator for Golden Placement Services. It served her well as she worked in sales and marketing while living in Austin, TX. Now that she is back in Oregon she’s excited to take the plunge and work alongside the Golden Girls as a placement specialist. She feels lucky to receive her training from experienced mentors, her mother Diane, and co-worker LaVona. Stephanie looks forward to being a part of the family whose main objective is to help your family through senior housing options with empathy, integrity, and compassion.
