I have had a great deal on my plate this summer. So your request has not been given the timely response you might have expected.

Concord ACH is a very pleasant home for Jerry to be a part of. Roel Catabay is a caring host, as is his staff. Jerry is still adapting and they are doing well to care for his needs.

Thank you for helping us find a “good” fit for his care. I struggle with the fact that he wants to be where I am and doesn’t understand why he can’t be. But he is in a safe place and Dave, the man blind from birth, reads the Bible at breakfast each morning. That is such a blessing.

Your help was what we needed to find the care I was hoping to find for him.
